Please submit a customer service ticket with the following information so we may investigate this issue further:
- A link to your Facebook page (this will allow us to find your id and lookup your account)
- A description of what you last completed in the tutorial.
- An image of where you are stuck.
- Bring up your browser window with Car Town open to the area where the issue is occurring.
- Press the “PrtScr” or “Print Screen” button on your keyboard.
- Open Microsoft Paint, located in the Accessories folder from the Start menu.
- Once open, press “Ctrl” and “V” at the same time to paste the print screen image.
- Save the image to your computer in an accessible area such as your desktop or your My Documents folder.
- You may send your image to us as an email attachment or host it on an image website such as Flikr or PhotoShack
