I am stuck in the tutorial!

Please submit a customer service ticket with the following information so we may investigate this issue further:

  1. A link to your Facebook page (this will allow us to find your id and lookup your account)
  2. A description of what you last completed in the tutorial.
  3. An image of where you are stuck.
  • Bring up your browser window with Car Town open to the area where the issue is occurring.
  • Press the “PrtScr” or “Print Screen” button on your keyboard.
  • Open Microsoft Paint, located in the Accessories folder from the Start menu.
  • Once open, press “Ctrl” and “V” at the same time to paste the print screen image.
  • Save the image to your computer in an accessible area such as your desktop or your My Documents folder.
  • You may send your image to us as an email attachment or host it on an image website such as Flikr or PhotoShack
